It is with a great deal of pride we announce the opening of the Bayou Pigeon Heritage Folklife Museum.

Museums make their unique contribution to the public by collecting, preserving and interpreting the things of the past.

Our folklife mission is preserve / perpetuate and to advance the Heritage, folklife and Human Spirit of the early Cajuns from the Pierre Part/Belle River, Lake Verrett and Bayou Pigeon.
